Founded in 1997, BING MA YONG PAI® Additives specializes in manufacturing dry-mix mortar & gypsum additives, such as Re-dispersible Polymer Powder(RDP), Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer(PCE), defoamer, gypsum retarder, as well as cigarette adhesive, with advanced facilities, a skilled R&D team, and more than 27 years industry experience, we now also is a construction additives black box supplier under customer requirements.

Our production base located in Hanzhong City, Shaanxi, covering an area of 21,978 square meters, has built a complete production line, chemical analysis, and physical property laboratory, equipped with modern instruments for measuring and testing the production quality. More than two decades of industry and production experience have created good product quality and passed the ISO9001:2015, ISO14001, ISO45001, and other certifications like REACH.

We have an experienced R&D team in raw material development, formula introduction, efficacy verification, and quality control, laboratories equipped with advanced modern equipment for R&D and application & training, and another joint mortar technology center with the Shaanxi University, to ensure the quality guarantee from testing of the raw materials and chemicals to the finished products before delivery for each batch and improve customer service quality, the professional logistics team to ensure that the products are shipped on time.

Our own brand BING MA YONG PAI® series products include: Re-dispersible Emulsion Powder (RDP), Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (PCE), Defoamer, Gypsum Retarder, Cigarette Adhesive.

We have also established strategic partnerships with other manufacturers of construction additives to enrich our supply range, such as HPMC, HEC, Lithium Carbonate, Silicone Hydrophobic Powder, Thixotropic Lubricant, Plasticizer, Calcium Formate, White Emulsion(EVA/VAE), Hydroxypropyl Starch Ether, PP Fiber, enable our customers to enjoy one-stop package service.

Our main series products are frequently used in tile adhesive, tile grout, waterproof mortar, wall putty/ skim coat, self-leveling compounds mortar, ETICS, repair mortar, non-shrinkage grout, etc., and other industries, like the painting industry, gypsum industry, as well as cigarette industry.
